The Legacy Project
Designed the commercial and operating infrastructure for a private genealogical research firm. The engagement included a client acquisition and sales conversion funnel, a suite of contractual agreements, standard operating procedures for operations and client engagement, website development, technology administration, tool selection, vendor coordination, and overhead budgeting. By the end of the second quarter, the firm had generated revenue equal to 33 percent of its total revenue from the previous year.
2025 to 2026
Charter Management Organization
Provided embedded strategic advisory to organizational leadership and facilitated cross functional planning across Talent, Development, Finance, and additional internal teams. Founded and facilitated an internal group focused on improving organizational experiences and outcomes for Black and Brown team members. Co chaired the inaugural Alumni Steering Committee. Designed a postsecondary transition program for students with exceptionalities and developed partnerships connecting students to independent living resources, in-home supports, day habilitation programs, employment opportunities, and college pathways. Redesigned the postsecondary operating framework to make planning more student centered and student guided. Facilitated predictive data practices that helped team members anticipate outcomes using time constraints, performance indicators, and available data.
2019 to 2021
Louisiana Workforce Commission Partner
Designed and implemented a comprehensive full day Work Readiness Program serving job seekers, career changers, prospective recipients of Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act training funds, and high school students pursuing summer employment. The curriculum covered professional dress, workplace attitude, initiative, effective communication, teamwork, and employer expectations. Participants completed a final assessment. Successful participants received a certificate of completion and a professionally prepared resume. The program connected job seekers with recruiters, prepared career changers to pursue training support for in demand certifications, and prepared high school students for real world employment experiences across St. Charles, St. John the Baptist, and St. James Parishes. Approximately 50 participants were served.
